WELCOME BACK EDITION OF PAD A GIRL AT ILUGUN HIGH SCHOOL, ELEGA. ABEOKUTA

We started the Month of MAY with our monthly PAD A GIRL Program at Ilugun High School Abeokuta
504 girls were in attendance for this program

-self esteem

-importance of girl child  and

– menstrual hygiene were discussed extensively

There was question and answer session, it was the most interesting part of the program as it allowed the students to ask different questions from what they have been taught and answers were provided to these questions accordingly.

At the end of the program, Sanitary pads were given to each of these girls as the ‘cherry on top’
